Return and Shipping Policy

• Returns and cancellations are subject to a $10 fee, plus the cost of any shipping incurred.
  
  
• Only unopened packaged software is returnable up to 10 days from receiving your product. After this time we may accept returns but a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  Written-on, opened or installed software is not returnable. Defective software will only be replaced with the "similar kind" software.  Any product missing the serial number or UPC, is not returnable.
  
  
• There are NO returns on special order items or items we do not carry ordered specifically at a customers request. All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 days of RMA issuance. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all registration cards, disks, CDs, manuals, licenses, etc. in perfect condition.
  
  
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, an RMA request will be approved no later than 10 days after receiving the order.   RMA's are valid for 10 days from issue only.  Any items returned after this are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  
  
• Refunds and RMA's can take 2-4 weeks to process and refunds granted will be credited back according to means of payment.
  
  
• Downloadable software products, are not returnable
